Booking Policies
We’re a small team running small-group and private experiences, and we reserve guides, boats and crew specifically for each booking. These policies keep our trips sustainable while staying fair to you. If you have any questions, please text or email us anytime.
Group Tours
Guided Snorkel Tour – Blue Heron Bridge
- 48 hours or more before your tour: full refund
- Less than 48 hours before your tour: 50% refund
- No-shows: no refund
Private Experiences
Peanut Island Boat & Snorkel Tour, Palm Beach Sunset Cruise, Turtle Reef and private snorkel tours
- 7 days or more before your trip: full refund
- 2 to 7 days before your trip: 50% refund, or a full credit toward a future trip within 12 months
- Less than 48 hours before your trip, or no-show: no refund
A credit or reschedule can be used once. Rescheduled trips are non-refundable and can’t be moved again, and credits expire 12 months from your original trip date.
Weather
Your safety comes first. We don’t go out in dangerous conditions such as thunder, lightning or high winds.
- If we cancel because of unsafe weather or water conditions, you’ll receive a full refund or can reschedule.
- Trips aren’t cancelled for rain alone.
- South Florida weather changes quickly, so your captain or guide makes the final call close to departure. Trips may be delayed while weather passes.
- If we do need to cancel, we’ll do our best to reschedule you during your visit.
Conditions and Marine Life
Tides, weather, visibility and marine life all affect where and how we snorkel. We always choose the best and safest option available that day, but we can’t guarantee specific conditions or wildlife sightings.
Partner Tours
The Peanut Island Catamaran Snorkel is booked through our partner, Visit Palm Beach, and follows their policies.
